3-4 for me still. Kaga won't drop.

Oddly enough, the worst stage grind for a ship that I had to go through was Isuzu. Just a mere rare, yet it took longer than the other SSRs in story mode that I had to grind for.

For Rares, I finally managed to get Inazuma a few days ago.

Now, it's Ikazuchi who's taking a long time to drop.

Real suffering is in chapter 13. Just trying to farm for a rare like Dewey in 13-3 is literal hell.

before i dropped the game, i got doggo after 10 tries, right after completely leaving the fox farm after 30 more

Honestly they won't drop because you give a shit, grind for the sake of building up a fleet or something and you'll get her soon enough.

just do your daily grind in hard mode, they drop much easier there for me
