The Emperor's Children have sort of a matching color scheme, and the Emperor's Children were known not only for their hedonism but their primarch's patronage of the arts. And given that Astolfo is a wonder of the human form, it only fits that he would be associated with them.

This also fits well with his more playful/whimsical nature as the Emperor's children are the ones who came up with the idea of Noise Marines, which quite literally use the power of incredibly loud and Cacophonous sound (aka vaporwave-turbofolk remixes of dubstep remixes of thrash-metal) which some may associate with Astolfo and his fandom.

I forgot if DOOM-RIDER was a member of the Emperor's Children, though.

yes I know the lore and that is why I find it strange that it is associated with the cult of Slannesh when it carries the heraldry previous to the Horus heresy, it bears insignia of the adeptus mecanicus, the legion of the legion without any chaotic alteration and more important He carries the aquila imperialis in the breastplate.
