    オメガ妹紅？

    とりあえず何か描こうと思ったらこれが出て来ました。■評価、コメントありがとうございます！　ネタは浮かべど腕が上手く動かなかったり、ポーズも何も出てこなかったり。「ちゃんと描きたいvs趣味だから気にするな」という妙なバトルが脳内で展開したりしてます。

    Rugal once blew the Blacknoah with himself after KOF '94, but he became Omega Rugal the next year. Omega Rugal tried to become stronger by means of the Orochi power but was blown up from the inside.

    It was at KOF '98 when Rugal's hobby is listed as "resurrecting himself".

    Mokou, on the other hand, used to be a normal human who knows that she's going to die soon. But Eirin Yagokoro gave Mokou a forbidden elixir that gives humans immortality while freezing their age at the process.

    Mokou took Eirin's elixir which is revealed to be the Hourai Elixir, and her hair turns silver and grows longer. The elixir also granted her pyrokinetic abilities.

    It was then revealed that Mokou is truly immortal without even having to resurrect herself from death.
