I like to think it would be possible to keep the exsisting mechanics of the games while working in some kind of eroge elements but it would be the case of finding the right balance to make it work.
Alot of yuri in these games would be a given what with their mostly female cast but that is not to say we shouldn't have some lucky guys in the mix too. I remember Totori and Mimi were a popular yuri couple among the fanbase.
