Isn’t the whole idea of smoking younger than mokou

Mokou cannot die (not even from smoking) but she can still feel pain from injury. She probably can't get lung cancer, but the tar buildup in her lungs after hundreds of years would really suck

I think her lungs are restored to their prime whenever she revives but I could be wrong. Imagine the elixir keeping you alive but you still age and slowly dry out and bones turn to dust, unable to die. Would prolly suck.
