The above extra characters are fan-named "Bubba" and "Toecutter", a la "Mad Max". Should those character tags be created for them? I'm not sure if there are enough pictures of them though to make it worth it.

AFAIK, the names are on their official character design sheets(though I don’t have the pic of it). So it not really fan-named.
