    駆逐艦・エコー
    ロイヤル所属、Eクラス駆逐艦の一隻。ゆるふわな感じの小さな女の子。
    「♪~」と鼻歌交じりの喋り方が特徴(?)。

    カンレキ的に共に行動したことのある、
    プリンス・オブ・ウェールズとエディンバラのことを尊敬している。

    If google translate is to be believed this is the e class destroyer echo. So.....how the hell do I make the tag a character tag.....
    More relevant to the image itself she's cute as a button though perhaps a bit more scantily clad than id prefer

    you add "char:" in front to make it a character tag.
