She looks like kanzaki_kaori to me, but I'm not familiar with the series so I'll need some confirmation. I just know she's not from Kanon so it must be cosplay or a parody.

Gackpoid (or Gakuko) seems to be cosplaying as Mai from Kanon. The parallels are just too glaring to ignore.

Yeah, this is Gakuko, not Gakupo. Though it's not like it makes a lot of difference, it means this isn't a trap...
