Because she currently doesn't have a name yet. She so far only appears on the icon of completed ship construction, where she smacks Benson head with a bottle of champagne. She probably will be added sooner or later, like Benson eventually was added.
She's not a ship, and so will never be added. She's, presumably, the wife of Admiral Benson, the namesake of the ship Benson. She sponsored Benson's construction, and is christening Benson in the completed ship icon like she did the real life Benson Destroyer.
