First Misty/kasumi has to grow those boobs... last time I checked, May was bigger than her despite being about 3-4 years younger.

The first time I saw May in the show those were the first thing I noticed.

And then they said she was 10. I was like "Oh geez, guess the booby fairy decided to skip Misty's house and gave May a double helping"

Which is a bit sad for her considering that she was pretty stacked in the manga.

Manga Misty did have a nice rack going. And My reaction to May "Did they give a 10 year old boobs... on a kid's show!? What the hell!?"

May's boob sized varied a lot. Sometimes she was as flat as a 10 year old should be, sometimes she was stacked. Sometimes both within the same episode. QUALITY or a padded bra that she doesn't always wear, you be the judge.
