Tried my hand at deciphering the remaining untranslated text. I'm fairly sure that it's saying something along the lines of "If three people gather in one place for no particular reason, they must be very close", but I don't know how to phrase it in a way that accurately reflects the original text, since I'm not sure how to interpret the intended meaning of certain kanji within the context of the sentence as a whole as well as the entire situation in general.
