“I’m too busy! And lonely!” “いそがしくって さみしいよ～！！”
The image in the last panel can actually be found in-game, there has been fan speculations that those are Callie’s and Marie’s names written in a very rough depiction of katakana and hiragana, and it’s theorised to represent their damaged relationship due to the events in Splat2.
