I thought it might have been for pineapple on a pizza but I don't see any here so now I'm stumped.

Being about to eat a pizza is pleasant, but I wouldn't call it heartwarming per se, so rolling up the pizza wouldn't spoil that heartwarming mood, I'd say. (Note: I've only ever done this on occasion, and only with with mini-pizzas, to be sure, but I won't begrudge anyone the preference, so long as they don't spill it all over the place.)

Perhaps it could be argued that it's because she's eating it by herself? Because I can't think of any other reason.

I maybe over thinking it, but I guess the assumption is that a pizza that large implies it is to be shared, meaning it might have been heartwarming that Patchy's making something for others to enjoy, but it ended up being for herself.

Overthinking indeed. I think the person pooling it mistype the pool name or id. Not sure what the user was going for..
