It has the revision tag. There are minor differences like the shape of the woman's head, and that shadowy spot near the other character's arm.

post #3433181 talks about how this is a setting where people will turn into trees when they die (or it kills them when they turn into trees on their own, apparently), and they take a cutting and put it all into a massive communal memorial tree.

Basically, it seems it's just something that happens to everyone in this setting.
