It looks like he’s showing them being somewhat opposite they’re normal personalities. An-94 being bubbly and out going, Springfield being rude/thuggish, Ak-12 I guess being not mischievous(?), and Wa2000 being non tsundere and playful.

Yeah. Basically AK-12 is a killing machine who could "disconnect" her "emotion module" so she can focus more in battle. She has a default high disregard of other beings, so now she's a soul of God, worrying about others and that.
