Actually, she's not gay. She just has an unusually and totally unwarranted high opinion of Reina. Truth be told, I don't really think any of the girls in Queen's Blade are true dykes. Maybe Echidna, but she's a big pervert so who can say...
We know for a fact that Echidna and Irma had a relationship, the anime made that very clear.
Erina is completely and totally gay for Leina, this is also impossible to miss.
Tomoe is quite possibly lesbian, or bi, though the lack of anything remotely resembling a male character in the show makes it hard to really say. She's REALLY into Leina, and for that matter, Shizuka.
Oh, Menace is gay, we also know that for a fact.
As for the rest, we know Cattleya's straight, Melona's aesexual, Airi kisses girls, but mostly because she's stealing their life energy...most others we just don't have any real evidence one way or another.
I don't know if Menace is gay. She likes massages and servants of either gender.
Tomoe is a pure Shrine Maiden. I'm inclined to think that she's more of a fangirl of Reina than anything (what a stupid thing to be a fan of). As for Shizuka, I think they were good friends.
Elina, I think she's just a major sis-con. Not the same as being gay.
Leina has a girl crush on Risty, Erina is an incestuous bitch for Leina, Claudette is into Erina, Echidna and Irma have a tsundere relationship on Irma's part, Nyx is too shy to actually socialize, Aldra no idea, Melpha is a nun, Nanael wants a male harem, Tomoe sees Shizuka as a great friend but Shizuka likely sees Tomoe as more, Cattelya is married, Menace is likely bi but inclined to girls, Melona is asexual.
So cast is somewhere not entirely gay, but mostly targeted sexuality.
Melpha can get married, even though she's a Priestess (this is alluded to whenever she speaks of her grandmother). Aldra is married in Rebellion (I hope that's non-canon, as it's really just stupid). Echidna, I want to say she's been with men, but there's not really any examples.
