Was it fixed, cuz I see no difference ( maybe it's cached in my browswer ). I can't reupload this video again due to duplicate prevention system.

It seems like @RaisingK couldn't replace it (forum #155844). Maybe it's worth a try again.

I kept timing out trying to upload the mp4 version, so I settled for the URL to the webm version.
