I'm curious. Would those character cards in the last panel be enough for tags? The outlines heavily resemble those in-game, being Gold Bulin, Terror, Erebus, and not sure on the left-most one... Laffey?
Updated the reservation sign thingy because Graf in German is something analogous to Count in English so putting another title and then the Graf in the same thing doesn't make much sense.

The sign reads グラーフ様 ("Graf-sama"), so basically a title and a honorific. Keeping in mind, however, that a lot of JP and some CN speakers parse "Graf" as a name instead of a title. Same goes with Prinz. (Not for Admiral though, because that one is obvious.)
The original TL by Tsumikiria had it as "Miss Graf". This is accurate for normal contemporary non-anime (and non game/manga/fictionland) use of "-sama", like in (invitation) letters and such. In fictionland, however, "-sama" usually gets translated as "Lady" (which in English is both a title and an honorific, or sometimes both, depending on context), especially in chuunier contexts.
I changed it to "Dame" because it basically means "lady" in German (Frau Gräfin [also "Lady Countess"] would sound more natural, but Dame Gräfin has a bit more "prestige" and is chunnier). Plus it also works in English (albeit Dame Countess sounds like someone who both has a knighthood [for merit] and a hereditary/conjugal nobility title). Chaining titles might sound odd to the modern American ear, but it was (and still is, to some extent) a rather common blue-blooded European tradition anyway ("Look at my/your long list of names/titles!"). In contemporary Germany, you still have people addressing (albeit mostly restricted to writing) academic staff as "Herr Professor Doktor", "Mr. (historically meaning Lord) Professor Doctor".

It could be Ayanami in that list of level 1 ships. Hairstyle seems to fit. Order of the ships seem to be by rarity, going from elite ships to super rares. 'course, that's just a guess.
