I don't get this one. Naganami appears to be wearing some sort of upper-body harness with springs, probably an exercise device of some sort. But why do she and nimbus have frying pans and why is the handle of nimbus's broken? I assume they want Yuubari to fix it? Is Yuubari making superior frying pan, folded 9000 times?

Sounds like what I assumed in the first place:
Yuubari working on her own thing while the customers require some form of assistance
Nimbus' pan handle came loose so a new screw is needed
Naganami's training gear might no longer suffice so she might be there to increase the strain of the training harness and maybe an even heavier frypan
