Awesome picture for Sayaka Day. When I see the Azure Paladin using Oktavia like a Stand, it reminds me that she has Nietzschean aspects.
She fought monsters named Witches and in an ironic twist of fate (fitting for such a tragic heroine whose weakness and reason of her fall was her hubris), eventually became what she fought. At that moment, after recklessly gazing too long into the abyss, the abyss gazed back into her.
That's one thing I'll give to Rebellion, showing Sayaka wisened and learned to use her inner monster/darkness.
I started to like Sayaka a lot more after seeing the Rebellion movie. After apparently integrating all her alternate timelines, she was a much more mature and whole character. Sayaka had managed to find the balance she sorely needed during the original series. I find her character development the most interesting among the main quintet. Now we'll have to see what happens with the whole Demon Homura situation!
