I love how nonchalant the kid is at seeing her mother burst through the door staring black death at his new acquaintance. You'd think he's seen this before or something.

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if the kid remembers that Mama went "shopping" (according to Semiramis) and brings that up in the middle of this confrontation just to make it even more awkward between them.
The thing I keep wondering in the back of my head is where Semiramis found the land to build a house (palace?) that big. XD It must be way out in the boondocks, however that works out in Japanese terms.

A Wizard Did It? Extradimensional space like Mordenkainen's Magnificent Mansion? That's sorta like how Bounded Fields work, right?

Plot-twist: They're still in Disneyland Japan in some remote, closed-up location, and this "palace" is actually just a decommissioned ride that she repurposed into a living space.

That works too. Also easy to Minecraft out additional space (via spells) if it's underground.
They are. The problem is, Semi has to build the whole thing from scratch every time she's summoned to use it, which of course requires an unimaginable amount of manual labor. There's a reason she's holding a pickaxe in Fate/Apocrypha Material.

Wait, does that mean she build it herself or with magic/familiar? Just how long has she been building it in Fate/Apocrypha? Years?
1. Collect material (can be done by anyone) 2. Incant non-stop for 72 hours straight (Semi has to do this herself) 3. Done
In Apocrypha, Amakusa spent DECADES in the Middle East clearing stage 1, after summoning Semiramis. (That's why her helmet says "Amakusa Industries".) And something tells me Semi wasn't just sitting there idly for years while Amakusa was working his ass off hunting for material.

Of course, that's all in the Apocrypha timeline. It's all too possible that this may not apply as strictly in FGO, where Semiramis has been summoned by Chaldea's FATE system, which has been shown to do things that are blatantly impossible for any other Holy Grail War's system like summoning actual deities as Servants (even the Moon Cell's system couldn't do that with Amaterasu, forcing it to summon just one of her facets, Tamamo-no-Mae).
Also, consider the possibility that maybe after the FGO storyline concluded in this comic's timeline, Semi was allowed to keep the Hanging Gardens that she had originally constructed following her summoning by Ritsuka.
