There's also "JK Haru Is a Sex Worker in Another World", although that's a deconstructive one about how it would actually suck to be in another world with none of the job skills it takes to make it. There's "Lazy Dungeon Master", where the boy is a subcontractor for the dungeon that heroes raid (Ala Dungeon Keeper).

(Actually, the Isekai camping one might be a good gag one, and maaaaybe the C-Mart or Grandma or All-male one, but wow, most of these need to be purged with fire.)

I'm still waiting for someone to make a joke where characters wish to be on another world when they reincarnate, and they get reincarnated on Mars and immediately asphyxiate, or one where they reincarnate to a world with horrifying xenomorph-like aliens who demand they form a harem (laying parasitic eggs inside him) anyway.

Would you look at that. Now we have Killer Shark in Another World Technically it isn't someone turning into a shark, but rather a girl summoning a shark with all the powers of b-movie sharks.

Let's just go back to Escaflowne in 1996. They did isekai pretty well without needing Truck-kun or a harem or any of the modern Isekai trappings that seem to annoy people these days. Plus they had giant armor mecha. Also Merle was pretty cute.
