Edit: She's that thin despite Honey feeding her well. I'm beginning to suspect she isn't human. Maybe Rami is a demon, with Honey being her contractor. Note that "gut fauna" are different for different people, and digestion is therefore more or less efficient for different people. The sorts of people that eat a lot but always stay skinny are people who have deficient and inefficient digestive tracts that can't glean enough calories from food.

Considering the clingy gay stalker vibes, he probably just murdered them to get closer to Chrono, the same way Syrup sees other party members as possibly getting in the way of her Papa-hug time.
