Not to defend the pic, but the flat_chest is appropriate here. Look at Talim comparing herself to all the disproportionately huge breasts. I'm thinking the contrast is intentional.

Maybe not, in this one she's all the way in the back, now in post #229418 it kind of makes sense.

Mayhaps, it depends on how much of a tag inclusionist you are. In any case it's not totally unreasonable.
