Why is the blue haired_girl (Kogasa?) crying? i am not too familiar with Touhou so i think i'm lacking some context, here.
Sorry for a 3 year late reply XD Kogasa is probably crying cause she gets picked on for being weak and gaining power through surprising people. But she is neither scary or mean enough plus everyone else are violent jerks.
