This is a meme regarding a series of memetic spamposting mocking the hypocritical and arrogant behavior of Chinese actor Zhang Jinlai. Check translation note in previous post for a detailed story.
This one is not literally a Sixology quote, but a Sixology act. It is a reference to Zhang's constant mocking of Stephen Chow's portrayal of Sun Wukong in A Chinese Odyssey in all kinds of interviews, and he always chooses this particular action of nonchalantly carrying the jin gu bang as mocking material.
According to Zhang, this is a disgrace to Sun Wukong, since Sun Wukong takes the whole journey to the west trip very seriously and will never behave like this. However, fans of the Journey to the West classic already pointed out that this is a perfect re-enactment of a certain scene originally written in the book.
