Hows this a spoiler? as far im concerned, its never known if Lelouch survived,, all you see is your typical faceless male with straight-down hair and CC that might as well be talking to herself
this debate has gone on ever since the series showed that episode, as far as I'm concerned, this is one japanese twist that has somehow gotten everyone's panties in a bunch, (fyi:plus the american version didn't show the closeup on who is suspected to be lelouch)
