I'm pretty sure they aren't describing "large to them", but objectively, larger than average. Like, "small" is a C-D cup, and they only get bigger from there.

Small version here is... not small at all. It is medium to large at the very least.
I disagree with medium, but would be willing to accept that. They are objectively not large in the small label.
