She's a new commander but a little girl, transferred to G36's base and this is her story and new commander. I can partially translate but not sure about the entire pic. It seems like G36 complain about her snacks on her desk and ask if they can get out of the bathtub because it's too long.

G36 told her not to eat snacks on that table (presumably it's the SKK's work desk) but chibi SKK didn't listen.
