Sources are mandatory. You should try to use the bookmarklet to upload directly from the source and save yourself the step of adding the source. If you had, you would have seen this image is already uploaded, and wouldn't have uploaded what is probably a sample size of an already existing image, which likely won't be approved.

Tagging is also mandatory. You should always add the artist, and easily be able to add a dozen general tags for things like blonde_hair, long_hair, 1girl, closed_eyes, girl_on_top, hetero, cum, and so forth.

Don't be lazy uploading, it forces other people to have to clean up after you.
