The sentence structure here is pretty complicated and it contains a lot of Kanji and vocabulary I don't recognize. An online Japanese dictionary helps with that, but it still isn't immediately clear to me what is being said due to the complexity of the structure and the use of words that probably have subtleties I do not understand.
