I'm quite sure she knows, that. She did leave everything behind when she came in Gensokyo. But, who knows? Maybe she will see them again.

I feel she still hasn't realized that neither she came from the early future too (since that's the setting from most renko and maribel works), or that renko and maribel are from the present times instead?... Or maybe that, in renko and merry's eyes, Sanae's cellphone would have been neither "old", or maybe Sanae just like retro things?...
