There's no difference between Limited/Zero Over and Sengo Muramasa, since Sengo use L/ZO art during Shimosa.

In this story, it looks like it's Shirou, based on previous strip.
Strictly speaking they're different artworks, LZO is raising his left arm and has magic circuits glowing whereas Muramasa is raising his right arm and no magic circuits.
