Normally I use the 4gamer website, but when they aren't available there I use a page called the SINoALICE database that from what I understand uses the game-rips. Unfortunately, the way that site is constructed makes getting the images a little difficult. I am unsure how to even link it properly too the site. (since there seems to be some rules at times for linking too certain sites.) And since this site doesn't have an undo button, I'm not exactly jumping the gun when it comes to experimenting.
