Not a Bakeneko but Kuchisake-onna. It's a women with split cheeks, somelike like joker but they are not sticked together. She ask you a question "Do I look pretty?" if you answer no, she kill you if yes, she reveal her mouth asking "Do I look pretty now as well?" if no, she kill you by slicing you in half, if you answer yes, she will slit your mouth in similar manner to her mouth.
