The big toe looks like it's growing out of some place further in the foot...but I'll admit to not knowing much about succubus anatomy.

It is probably meant to just be bent, with the toe pointing up, then crooking outwards, but with her short high-heel boots in the other image, I can't help but think it's a low-grade form of foot binding.
