Someone didn't check the autocomplete from Osaka(behime), one assumes. (And the same with okita_sougou instead of okita_souji.)

Fat fingers pressed the wrong line after typing Osaka (and while she's the top choice, the artist is like just a line or two below her). I was rushing out the door when I selected them on the touchscreen.
