I'm pretty sure they're mimicking the pose that's depicted at the end of Anima Yell!'s opening credits. Wouldn't that warrant the use of the tag?

Ah. That may be the case. Re-add the tag if you feel strongly about it. Personally, I'm usually looking for characters when I search using copyright tags, not mere referential poses.
