So then, who's the blond girl on the right? Blindfold and hair color aside, she doesn't look like Maiden of the Sword. If the other two are KC and AL expies, is she an FGO character?

She's the Maiden of Sword back in her adventuring days. She even has that Scales of Justice sword.
Nah, she is indeed Sword Maiden. There's a discretionary shot of her younger self in manga chapter 24, showing her head and torso at that age, and it is a dead ringer for the girl here. Except she (in the shot) still has intact eyes. The sword is the real giveaway, however: the scale symbol hilt is unique to sword maiden thus far, and I highly doubt there are multiple blonde, blind swordswomen who are also clerics of the Supreme God of Law in the story.
Hard to say who her younger self is meant to be an expy of, although I suppose an argument can be made for Konosuba's Lalatina or the Firekeeper from Dark Soul (III, I think). I can, at the very least, safely say she is no FGO expy. The closest would be Musashi I think, and she doesn't have the swords, hair style, or clothes to match.
