Klasse14 promotes their fashion watches via Twitter users, especially Japanese artists. Seems most of the Klasse14 shops are in Japan. I don't know if they get a free watch for drawing a character using it, but they can promote a certain model and their twitter username is used for a 12% discount on their site.

I got one that way, and 2 day shipping from Hong Kong was included in the price. Anyway some nice art out of Klasse14's Twitter marketing campaign.
