Been seeing this kind of thing a lot did something happen on the jp servers or is just an artist meme?
Girl was hosting the Battle in New York shop, and it was a lottery event. People like to farm those into infinity because you can technically get unlimited loot really easily, and... well we all know where the 'roll lottery' buttons go in those events.
It's not a new joke, others like Nero or Da Vinci also got the boob poke treatment during their own lotteries, but Sheba's shebas are magnificent so she gets an extra dose of fanart. (Satomi Sato herself tweeting "I know exactly where and why you're touching" probably didn't help either)
