you can get a lot of bad things from fapping if you are not careful. Like inflamed tendons in your feet if you are stretching them out awkwardly from pleasure and abdominal pains if your underarm or wrist is squeezing against your pelvic area while reaching down there for a prolonged amount of time.

I've heard some other stuff like balls getting pulled when sneezing and also increased chances of diarrhea after fapping, is that true?

If diarrhea after fapping is a thing I would suspect it being the cause of heightened "masturbation guilt" causing stress to the digestive system and making it respond similar to other diarrhea causing physical illnesses. Like the people who nut to Friendship is Magic and their brain receives the chemical signal after ejaculation to snap back to reality and stop being horny. They look at their hand or tissue paper with their gunk all over it, then back up on their screen and see the small colorful equine with stupid big eyes and go "What did I just DO?!".
