That's because it's a Haruhi parody. There's a nearly identical image with Haruhi, Mikuru, and Yuki.

The one confusing thing with this image is Souji (the player, portraying Yuki here). Is he now a trap or is this a genderswap? Kuma is a trap, as always, but Souji, unlike Minato who was gar in personality but a pretty boy in looks, is kinda manly. No way he could cross-dress THAT convincingly. For a counter example, see post#289627

I guess what I'm asking is, who here is the trap, whose the genderswap, and why am I so worried about this?

It's not out yet. In America, anyway. Dec. 8 I believe. Considering P3 is at or near the top of my favorite RPG list, I assure you I'd have played it already if I had the chance.
