(anxious) When I first learned of Satono and Mai's backstory, I felt a "this could pretty horrible" sort of shock. This time's story is that feeling in book form. Oh no, did I warp it too far...? That's the sort of mood I used for Okina in this story, but I actually prefer the idea that it wasn't anything that dark, she just took in some orphans or something. Yes.
