During the streaming of a game she accidentally uses the phrase スマンコ, which as far as I'm aware is/used to be a cutesy way of using すまん/すみません, but as stated by BoredInsane above contains the phrase まんこ, which would immediately be flagged by YouTube's algorithms. Here at around 10:45.
