    I mean come on! The look on her face really does not sell the serious nature of the image. Sure, that is way too much blood to be losing during menstruation, but still...her face looks like she is trying to force it all out in some humorous manner...

    For all those that totally missed it, due to the obvious grossness of, ah, expelled menstrual hemoglobin at high velocity.

    If you look at the parent picture, where the blood was splattered, there's a hole in the wall where a peeping tom is very present. And this is a definite and hopefully successful attack to deter him from doing so again.
