    Tagged check commentary as I'm not sure who the named artist in the commentary refers to. It's not a name the actual artist has ever used. Assuming it's some kind of reference or pun.

    A quick bit of research suggests it's meant to be "Ryoumen Pinfu" or "Two-Sided Pinfu", a blend of mahjong terms. That doesn't necessarily help with pinning down the whole reference, mind you.
