Patient report:     
 Patient #12 is particularly troubled. Progress is slow and she often resists the procedures. She will be held indefinitely until she demonstrates significant progress. Safety is the priority at all mental rehab institutions, for both the patient and her caregivers. In this instance, caretaker ******* has decided to keep her restrained 24 hrs. a day to prevent self inflicted wounds or assaults on staff. They have also seen fit to attach a mask to reduce the patients agitation before a procedure is applied. A gag has also been fitted to preserve the quiet atmosphere in the solitary wing of the hospital and also allows drugs to be easily administered orally. Patient is kept in a state of undress to prevent smuggling of weapons and drugs around the facility. Aside from facility staff and approved personnel, no contact is permitted. We wouldn't want the fun to be spoiled by some do gooder.
