Apparently says Female-clothed Riki from Little Busters EX, but that's not like any genderswapped Riki I've seen posted here. Guess I'll tag it as such for now, but someone please change if they have any ideas.

Nah, it's Riki. Right at the end of Saya route she puts a wig and a skirt on him to "deceive" the last boss.

Come to think of it, I did see an unknown girl with the last boss pointing a gun at a girl when I was playing the game. I didn't know that was Riki.

Not that I could tell the difference just from the image. I haven't played the game to know if this specific image was a genderswap or crossdressing.
