Actually, Mega Man shouldn't be struggling in the first place. Even if you put aside his Super Arm ability, he's shown feats to be able to lift up absurd weight and pressure. The art is solely for comedy purposes, but he'd wield that gun no problem.

Given how doomguy lives to break things, it would be hypocritical of him to get mad.
